Brazilian Design Leader based in Philadelphia. From startups to enterprise, from craft to strategy. I help companies turn design into competitive advantage to achieve business goals.
Currently, I'm Head of Design at Azos a life insurance startup, where I lead a team of Product Designers, Content Designers, and UX Researchers. I'm also pursuing a Master's in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Over the past decade, I've worked across startups, established products, and consulting—always at the intersection of craft and business. I believe design is not a service department. It's a strategic weapon.
My job is to help companies turn design into competitive advantage and win in their markets.
I operate as a bridge: translating business goals into experiences that resonate, and design insights into decisions that drive growth. Whether building products from zero or scaling design operations, I focus on what matters—outcomes over outputs, clarity over complexity.

Highlights
Broker Channel & Design Team @ Azos
Joined Azos as a Senior Designer when the company sold life insurance only direct-to-consumer. I created a B2B channel for independent brokers and designed the end-to-end experience—from onboarding to policy management. This channel became the primary revenue driver, helping Azos grow from Seed to Series B. Nine months in, I took over as Head of Design. Today, the team spans Product Design, Content Design, UX Research, and Low Code. I'm proud to lead this team and the incredible work they continue to deliver.
Global Design Studio @ Huge
Huge is one of the most respected design agencies in the world, and working there pushed me to operate at a higher level of craft and adaptability. I worked on projects for clients like Orkin, Brinks, Squirrel, and Tin Building by Jean-Georges—each with different challenges, industries, and audiences. My scope shifted constantly: visual design, interaction design, prototyping, motion, and design systems. I collaborated daily in English and Spanish with teams across the US, Colombia, and the UK. It was an intense masterclass in flexibility and quality under pressure.
First Regional Infotainment System @ FCA
Led the UX for the first multimedia system entirely designed in Brazil for FCA Group, serving brands like Fiat, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Chrysler. It was a complex, three-year initiative that required constant alignment with stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and safety teams. Beyond interface design, I represented Latin American user needs in global forums, ensuring regional context shaped product decisions. The work involved close collaboration with teams in Auburn Hills across 8 international trips.
UX Jury Member @ AGP Contest
Since 2019, I've served as a permanent jury member for User Experience Design at AGP Contest, a renowned automotive design competition running since 2010. With 100+ editions and 1,250+ submissions evaluated, my role is to assess the usability of concepts and the value they deliver to users. It's a way to stay connected to the design community and give back to emerging talent.
